What a Kendra can do
- Explain published eligibility, documents, fees and timelines
- Help digitise, enter and organise information with the citizen’s review
- Route a citizen to an official portal or approved assisted workflow
- Issue an itemised receipt and acknowledgement
- Help track queries, outputs and appeal information
What a Kendra cannot do
- Guarantee approval, subsidy, employment, credit, claim settlement or a statutory outcome
- Change a government decision or bypass eligibility
- Collect unnecessary personal data or ask for passwords and payment PINs
- Represent a private commercial service as a government service
