Seller Centre guide
From your first draft to delivery and settlement: find the right workspace and know what to prepare.
1. Connect your seller account
Apply for seller access with your business details. Your Kendra verifies the business and authorises your account. Use Business account to check your linked business and verification status.
2. Prepare a complete product
In Products and stock, create a draft with a unique seller SKU, category, title, public description, unit, price and minimum order quantity. Add delivery terms and the relevant enterprise pathway. For food products, complete the applicable food and validity details.
Add a main photograph and up to four additional photographs. Each image must be no larger than 5 MB or 20 megapixels. Use clear product images and keep personal documents out of the gallery.
Read the readiness summary, confirm publication consent and submit for review. A returned draft includes feedback to address. Use the revision action to change an approved product and submit it again. Archived products can be restored to a draft.
Add a product3. Upload and review a catalogue
Open Bulk upload and download the current template. Use UTF-8 CSV with at most 200 rows and a 1 MB file size. SKU, name and category_code are required. Match category and pathway codes to the reference lists on the upload page.
- Upload the file to preview every row and its validation result.
- Correct errors before applying. Existing SKUs update editable drafts; submitted, approved and archived products cannot be overwritten.
- Confirm the preview within one day. Add photos and publication consent on each product page before submitting.
Blank optional cells preserve existing values. Use __CLEAR__ for supported optional text, pathway or food-validity fields. Required and numeric values cannot be cleared. Split larger downloads into batches of 200 rows.
The product workspace also supports actions on up to 20 selected products. Review the result for each selection and resolve any items that could not proceed.
4. Keep stock and variants clear
Use the stock adjustment controls with a reason for each change. Review the inventory history and reserved quantity before promising availability. Orders reserve stock through the marketplace workflow.
Create a separate SKU for each size, pack or other variant. Give related products the same variant group and distinct variant labels. Approved, visible variants are linked together on the public product page.
5. Fulfil confirmed orders
In Orders, filter by status, delivery method or schedule and open an order. Review the items, quantities, delivery details and Kendra instructions.
- Record the delivery schedule and prepare the order.
- Print a packing slip and mark the order packed when ready.
- Record dispatch and tracking details where applicable, then delivery or collection as the workflow permits.
Use the order history to follow changes. Tracking details are recorded by the seller; confirm carrier updates through the carrier's own service.
6. Respond to return requests
Open Returns to see the item, quantity, reason and workflow state. Read the existing responses and submit your response for Kendra review. The Kendra handles the return decision, receipt, refund and settlement recovery steps.
7. Understand your settlement
In Payouts, open an approved, paid or disputed settlement to inspect included orders, charges, return recoveries and payment status. Quote its reference when asking your Kendra about a discrepancy.
Use Activity to search catalogue, stock, fulfilment and return actions associated with your business.
