Products are listed by verified local sellers — artisans, weavers, women's self-help groups (SHGs), farmer producer organisations (FPOs) and agri-processors — many developed under Maharashtra government programmes. Each seller is verified before their products are published.

Depending on the seller and product, you can pay online, at the facilitating Kendra, or by cash on pickup/delivery. The available options are shown in your cart at checkout.

Delivery depends on the product: home delivery, courier, or pickup at a Kendra. Serviceability and the delivery charge for your pincode are confirmed in the cart before you pay. Fresh items may ship separately from standard products.

Yes — you can request a return, exchange, cancellation or raise a complaint from your order page under “My marketplace”. Refunds are processed after the return is inspected and approved.

GI-tagged means the product carries a Geographical Indication for its region of origin. Organic indicates a natural/organic product as declared by the seller. Women-led and Lakhpati Didi indicate products from women-led enterprises and SHGs supported under government livelihood missions.

Yes. Many products offer wholesale/bulk pricing — see the Bulk & B2B and Corporate Gifting collections, and request a bulk quote from the seller on the product page.

The price shown is set by the seller. Any applicable GST and the delivery charge for your pincode are calculated and shown in your cart before you pay, so you always see the final amount at checkout.

A Kendra is a local eSetu / Aaple Sarkar common service centre. For many orders a nearby Kendra can help you place the order, make payment, collect the product and handle after-sales support in person.
